This class is designed for beginners as well as advanced fitness levels.
Carry on blasting fat long after the workout is over with HIIT. Short intense activity burst followed by brief recovery periods that kick your metabolism into overdrive. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
The exercises will be varied using bodyweight, cardio, weights, and/or resistance equipment.
