This is a 12-week life changing program with specific start and finish dates. It is the perfect way to start the New Year if you are trying to lose weight and/or establish a consistent healthy lifestyle. Not only will this challenge help you get fit, exceed your goals and improve your health, but you will also have the chance to win cash prizes.
What is Tabata?
The class will consist of a warm-up and stretch as well as an explanation and demonstration of the fitness challenges combined in the class. The workout will be interval based with 20 seconds of movement followed by 10 seconds of rest. The exercises will be varied using body weight, cardio and resistance equipment.
Tabata class is fast, fun and meant to challenge each and everyone in the class.
