30 Minute Ab Blast- Includes a wide variety of core sculpting movements to enhance overall fitness.  For beginners as well as advanced members

Beginner Spin – An introduction to Spin.  You will learn to correctly set up the bike, spin safety, seat and hand positions, breathing technique, spin calls and movements, and spin room etiquette.

Body Rock HIIT (high intensity interval training) - This class is designed for beginners as well as advanced fitness levels.  Carry on blasting fat long after the workout is over with HIIT. Short intense activity burst followed by brief recovery periods that kick your metabolism into overdrive.  This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.  The exercises will be varied using bodyweight, cardio, weights, and/or resistance equipment.

Cardio Mix – Interval training that focuses on approximately 5-8 minutes of cardio followed by 5-8 minutes of resistance training.  Low and high impact moves are shown.

Circuit Training - Strength training movements, body weight exercises and cardio bursts coordinated into a circuit for a total body workout.

Double Step – Cardiovascular step training using a variety of combinations & patterns using TWO benches. Challenging and fun for optimum calorie burning.  Complete with abdominal muscle strengthening exercises at the end.

Insanity – Periods of high intensity exercise followed by a rest period.  All fitness levels are welcome (all exercises are basic and can be modified or intensified).

Interval Plus – A mix of cardio and strength training using varying intervals at your own pace.

Kickbox Fusion - A fusion of kickboxing and muscle strengthening with intervals of each to maximize your workout. It’s an energetic, fun class for all fitness levels.

Latin Spin (La BiCi) – A combination of music, dance and the bike (la bici) creates an experience that is unlike any other indoor cycling class.

Muscle Interval – A combination of cardio and strength exercises with timed intervals.

Muscle Pump – Total body workout that utilizes weights, body bars and resistance bands.  Great workout for the beginner as well as the experienced member.

Pilates – Utilizing a system of stretching and strengthening exercises to help you improve core strength and posture, strengthen and tone muscles, increase flexibility and develop balance.  Suitable for all fitness levels; you work at your own pace. 

Power Hour - Back to basics workout featuring body weight and a variety of weights to challenge you and get you stronger while having fun.

Power Yoga - This class is designed to work your body through a variety of poses, unique core exercises and sequences that will build strength and muscle while challenging and improving flexibility and balance. Modifications are always provided to suit every fitness level.

Silver and Fit – Low impact class designed to improve muscle tone, strengthen the heart and lungs, and burn  calories.  Very popular with exercisers over 50 but is open to everyone.

Senior Spin – Instructor led indoor cycling geared to members 50 and older.  Everyone is welcome

Spin – Instructor led indoor cycling.  The instructor will lead you through a warm-up, steady up tempo cadences, sprints, climbs and cool down.  You control the resistance on your bike to make pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose.

Step – Cardiovascular step training using a variety of combinations & patterns for optimum calorie burning.  Complete with abdominal muscle strengthening exercises at the end.

Step and Stuff - It’s the best of both worlds.  A combination of step aerobics and strength training.  Come learn a few step routines or really show your stuff!   High and low impact options provided.  Strength training is tailored to meet your needs.  Have an injury; we’ll work around it.  Hate step; do the moves on the floor instead.  Most importantly, have a good time with your workout!!    

Tabata - The workout will be interval based with 20 seconds of movement followed by 10 seconds of rest.  The exercises will be varied using body weight, cardio and resistance equipment. 

Throw Back Thursday Spin – It’s all about the music.  Indoor cycling with a theme based music selection.  Every week a new music theme.

​Tone & Tighten – A fun and energetic workout that combines endurance and resistance training in order to lose fat and build lean muscle.  All fitness levels welcome.

Total Body Burn:  The title says it all. This high-energy class is designed to work the entire body alternating between muscle toning & building exercises, followed by short bursts of high intensity cardio.   It's the 1-2 punch: cardio to boost your metabolism combined with muscle pump to build lean muscle that will give you better calorie burn!  Don't be intimidated by the name - Total Body Burn is for all levels of fitness and can use advanced or modified moves to suit each participant.  It's cardio/strength training that delivers a full-body workout that gets you the results you need

Vinyasa Yoga with Maria – Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement” and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling.  Vinyasa movements are smooth flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.

YogaFit - Poses and methods will allow our members to increase muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and increase stamina, lung capacity and overall wellness. Our class offers a creative gentle yoga for members of all levels and ages seeking a challenge while honoring their bodies.  **Classes will be conducted both floor and mat workouts as well as the option to use a chair for assistance.

Zumba – A high-energy dance workout that is set to high-energy Latin and international music.

Zumba Toning – It combines targeted body-sculpting and high-energy cardio work with Latin infused Zumba moves to create a calorie burning dance fitness party.  The class moves at an easy to follow pace and is a great place for beginners to learn the Zumba moves.
